Upload the documents your category needs (business registration, operating licence, insurance or certification) and add your payout IBAN. Our team reviews it.

Build the listing in the guided builder: photos, availability, prices and rules. It shows your exact commission before you publish.

Get booked
Travelers find you in search and add you to their trip. You accept requests, or set instant booking, and manage the calendar with iCal sync.

Get paid
Payouts land in your Icelandic IBAN on the schedule you pick, on check-in, on completion, or weekly. Every payout is itemized against its booking.

Payments and payouts

Vehicle hosts can raise a damage claim with photo evidence against a completed booking, reviewed by our team through a structured process.

- Cars and campervans
- A registered rental business provides its business registration. An individual renting a personal car provides a photo ID. Insurance is confirmed for every vehicle.
- Stays
- Hotels, hostels and licensed guesthouses provide an operating licence. Guesthouses and apartments can instead register as heimagisting (home accommodation).
- Tours
- Certified guides provide their guide certificate. Local guides operating without formal certification can list without one.
- Activities
- Activity providers confirm their insurance. A registered activity operator also provides its Ferðamálastofa operator registration.

Who can become a host?
Icelandic individuals and companies offering vehicles, accommodation, tours or activities. You register your service with its credentials and our team verifies it before you can publish.
What does it cost to list?
Listing is free, with no monthly fee. PickNord takes a commission per booking: 15% on cars and stays, 20% on tours and activities. The exact amount for your price is shown in the listing builder before you publish.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go to your Icelandic IBAN on the schedule you pick: on check-in, on completion, or weekly. Every payout is itemized against its booking in your earnings page.
How long does verification take?
Typically 24 to 48 hours. You can build draft listings while you wait; publishing unlocks the moment you are approved.
Can I list more than one thing?
Yes. One account can hold several services, for example a car rental and a guesthouse, each verified for its own category.
