Where do I find my booking and voucher?

In your confirmation email and on your account bookings page. Showing the voucher on your phone is fine at pickup, check-in, or the meeting point.

How do refunds and cancellations work?

Each listing shows its cancellation policy before you pay. Cancelling calculates your refund from that policy and shows the amount before you confirm. Full details are on the FAQ.

I am a host, where do I get help?

Sign in to the host portal and use the help center there, or send a message above and pick Host so it reaches the right team.

Your privacy, plainly

We use only what the site needs to work, plus optional on-device memory for things like your recent searches. We run no analytics and no ad trackers. Maps come from Google and load only if you allow them. Full details in our cookie policy and privacy policy.
